92064b3bf0 Open manga urls from webview back into the app 
ie if you go to a manga's webview page, then navigate to another manga in that page, the app can open back the url (if the extension supports)

Button for this does not show for the initially opened page

a3bff454fb dont delete chapters in global update if the chapter number hasn't changed 
(if the source doesnt have a scanlator it'll remain, for sources like dex etc it'll still delete it)

7e13556e01 Global search now does extension filtering for supported urls 
so if you disable an extension's app links and share the url to tachij2k, it'll open the correct extension to handle it instead of globally searching a url
