feat: Mark duplicate read chapters as read 
This also refactor how chapters progress are saved. Chapters' progress now save when user "flipped" the page.

Closes GH-409

i18n

This module houses the string resources and translations.

Original English strings are managed in src/commonMain/moko-resources/base/. Translations are done externally via Weblate.
