compress to cbz after downloading (#1052) 
* initial attempt

* remove test vars

* add logic to remove downloads

* download settings fixes

* remove cbz compression level

remove leftover cbz levels

* fix more cbz issues

fix issue that made cbz not be recognized as downloaded
fix issue where cleanup download would delete cbz

* remove redundant cbz funct

7a5c0517d9 Add Shizuku as an option to install extensions + Allow all android versions to update all extensions 
And for Shizuku this also allows auto updating extensions when using it

8f1e239ef0 Support for native crossblur for devices that support it + removing in battery saver 
ie A12 devices with battery saver enabled will now disable blurring windows throughout the app (backdrop will still remain blurred)

31fbb11c4a Require Authentication to turn on lock with biometrics 
Slightly different from upstream, only prompt if turning on a setting, since turning off means you've already bypassed the biometrics anyway, along with the fixes made after the initial commits
